I like the word "surrender!" It conveys the "power" food seems to have over us.

Hey @chrisw77 there is no way I could "Ya but" any of your comments. How coincidental is it that after getting back to my pc and unlocking it, I see your suggestions as I just finished a cup off coffee 1 hour after my lunch and I am totally stuffed. There are emergency gummy bears (packaged unopened) and nutter butter cookies in my drawer (talking about playing with fire) that I wanted to get one mini tasty cookie in my mouth around 20 minutes after eating but I'm not touching it today. I am in it to win it and I will push on. I will push hard. I need to be 100% transparent. I will use my discipline and push, push, push. Why the hell do I have that sh!t in my desk?
