Thanks guys!! I’m feeling pretty great! Rosio it’s time to body sculpt for sure. Ninamtz what kind of diet are you on? I think all diets work- if you stick to it. So that is the hardest part- finding a diet you can stick to. For me high fat and low carbs is the answer.

Christine...check out the book Wheat Belly. And then see if you agree. After that it's up to you. Not everyone does keto here. I just tried it and think it's great. It might be a shock for you so maybe ease into by restricting some really bad foods...

Good for you and I’m day 2 back to reality from vacation and still can’t get up at 4am for the gym before work but I will get there!!! Like you, I’m done fighting the battle. As of this am weigh-in 27 lbs down tho still have a ways to go but I feel so much better so I can only imagine how goal weight is gonna feel😁!!!!

I'm going to start y diet today! No kidding. I'm tired of being told I'm getting fat and I'm tired of nothing I wear fits. And I hate my self and my body. I'm ready to turn my life around and start eating healthy. I just don't know what's the best way to start. I don't know how to start.

Christine: Start by logging everything you eat and cut out fast food to start. If you have to eat fast food then eat a salad with vinigrette dressing of balsamic. If you eat a burger then throw out the bun. Substitute cane sugar for fruits like kiwi and strawberries. Cook eggs in two tablespoons of butter. Drink coffee with butter. Make tuna with mayo. Try to get your fat to carb to protein at 60/15/25%. To start. Its all about retraining your body to crave the right foods. Ok. Thats a good start
