Flex/comparison Friday. 183 pounds in 2020. 194 2022. I think as I lean out I can tell there was some definite muscle gain. My back looks less lean by a bit but my 'most muscular' pose looks about equal in body fat. I think that by the time I hit 187 I'll be just as lean. 1 pound of muscle is a lot at this stage so I'll take what I can get.

Still obese. In about 40 pounds I'll start to look good. That's what a FS expert told me before going poof.

Thanks, man! I forgot, my average calories were 3200 in the older shots and 2300 now with the last two days at 1600 so I'm pretty sure my weight is closer to 197 if I were at maintenance calories.

Definitely more comfortable when I'm not running to get into shape. So 194 for sure. But I'm shooting to get back to the 180s again.

Strange it seems you have more muscle definition now than before. It’s all good though. Keep flexing brother 💪🏽🫶🏽

The pics are 2 years apart so it's possible I gained enough muscle in certain areas to appear leaner even though I wasn't. Plus during this cut I am not doing any strenuous cardio to maintain more muscle. Thanks, Pinay!💪🏽
