Nearly 4 months into a bulking cycle (started in mid-February). This is me with a bit more fat than usual (got some moobs and a little belly chub going on). I was shocked to see my abs growing and showing since I don't do any direct ab work at all! I've been taking actual progress pictures and I'll post them when I'm done cutting in August(?). Here's what an added 1500 calories for 15 weeks has got me... FEBRUARY Total weight: 142.5# BF: 10% @ 14# Lean muscle: 121# CURRENT Total weight: 164.5# BF%: 12.5% @ 20.5# Lean muscle: 137# TOTAL Increased weight: 22# BF%: 2.5% @ 6.5# Increased muscle: 16# Neck: +1" Shoulders: +1.5" Chest: +2" Bicep: +1" Forearm: +.5" Waist: +2" Hips: +1" Thighs: +1" Calves: +.5" 5 weeks left until I start slimming down! I'm excited to see what I've done underneath!

I’m in the process of shredding switched protein powders to a lower carb more efficient powder called Wheybolic. It’s a ultra-pure, fast-digesting whey protein isolate and hydrolysates. Time will tell if I notice anything but I just wanted to share.

Nice job Chris! Can’t wait for the big reveal. I’m working hard on moob reduction without resorting to surgery 😂 . I’m making good progress and will probably be able to post pics in another 90 days. Illness has sidelined me this weekend and it’s driving me nuts.
