Agreed! I workout two days on, two days off. When it’s the night before a workout day I get all excited laying out my clothes for the morning😆 #christmasevevibes

I guess when your doing it for as long as you are you can wing it and know what you are doing and get a good workout in. My workouts are planned for the next month! 😂 it's easier on my brain if I know what I am doing, plus I'm not experienced so I think having a plan is beneficial to my progress. Btw I love the saying, and yes so true!

I'm with ya Diablo. everything on the spur of the moment lol. problem is I get to work out, but I have to regulate my diet. still working on getting excited about that part lol

I actually get very frustrated when I miss a workout but sometimes life just gets in the way.

80% of the time. The other 20% is forced and everyone should just admit that sometimes you don't feel like it.

Actually, I have become addicted to the workout stuff. Even if it is only sometimes short; if I don't do it, my day feels incomplete. Maybe, that's crazy???

I feel like my day is incomplete as well- but it doesn't make me excited about it. It makes me think "I have to workout". So last night was late and neither of us felt like being there. So for me its 80/20 or 85/15... but definitely not 100% I just push through. I think that's the difference. Sometimes it's fun- other times I am praying my playlist will help me get some extra motivation and usually it does.

I have come to love my diet. I love the new foods I get to eat - to explore. I have tuned my body to love healthy foods and nutrients, and sleep, and water, and not only do I look better, I look and feel 10 years younger. Starting down the workout trail, and while it is challenging to start the workout - 1 minute in, I know I have made the right decision. Every step is more exciting than the last. That's how I know this is the right decision and the right time.
