Stretching and some planks
Elliptical for 30 minutes - high resistance and high incline settings as well as incorporating intervals(varying speeds - slow, moderate, fast - cycle back through
Stationary Bike for 20, moderate resistance and mild incline. Moderate pace.
Need to work off beers and burgers. Good friends = bad food and empty calories. Still, worth it.
