71.. gooood monday mornin fs well..back from my mornin ride..im thinkin it was a bit cool out ther this morning...didnt really start to work up a sweat till half way thru my ride..i had one heck of a ride going an had to stop to give right away to a car...still a great ride..
i learned something about bike tires yesterday...if you put your tire against the wall an it falls over cause its to limber..then its a better tire..an it rides like a cadallic...however if the tire is able to lean against the wall.....then its a cheaper tire...and speaking from yesterday mornings ride...rides like a log wagon...i exchanged tires yesterday on the back of my bike an put the limber more expensive tire back on my bike...an todays ride was just fantastic...
bike stats for today 18.84miles 15.5 top speed 12 ave speed 1:32 time of ride...more miles..one minute longer time then fridays...
getting faster the more i ride...an thats the goal...
the scales were nice once again this morning..wanted more..but happy with what i got..a loss is a loss..its always better then a gain..or a plateau...but its all part of getting the weight off...

forgot to mention...ive noticed that my 40s jean shorts will come off without undoing the button or zipper..an that i have to pull my belt over into a different hole...so not only pounds..but inches as well...
