Worked out at campground. Did full body with a few lower body mixed in. Lunges were with 20lb DB, gobletsquat 20lb (not pictured) front raises 50lb bar, bicep curls, 10lb DB.shoulder presses 10lb DB, woodchops 10lb DB. Tricep dips, push ups, no weight,

Annamommy, thanks love!🩷💪 Zenus, thanks. I was looking at picture of me doing upright standing row. You can see my arms are at different levels. I wear a tennis elbow brace at home on right elbow but didn't have it on. You can see my raises are unlevel due to pain on right side. Need to watch that. 💪

I have never really liked going to a gym,but I recognize commitment! Using a gym while at a campground !

Ouch. I’ve had tennis elbow from overuse at work. Awful. Couldn’t even lift a dinner plate. Ended up in Physio which healed it completely!!

Fritzy, I’m kind of embarrassed to admit this but I’ve made Joe ask if they have gyms when we book our campsites.. I do bring my weights as well but most small gyms have a couple of treadmills, weights, and sometimes a universal machine. 💜 wifey, I don’t think mine is bad enough to warrant PT yet. Great workout!! You are killing it even with everything you have going on. You are such an inspiration and love seeing this. Great job on the lunges - that is hard work.
