Went to nutritionist yesterday. Weight shows a loss but up from my recent loss. Measurents down, due to not working out as heavy and being out of town. Very happy with waist mearement. Measurements listed are waist, thighs, resting biceps.

Do you weigh the same when you go to the nutritionist? I know my doctor's scale is a tiny bit different, maybe .4 pound. I weigh myself at home before getting dressed and then weigh once dressed with my shoes on to know what the doctor's scale will show. The measurements look great!

Fritz, I weigh at home because nutritionist has a scale that measures BMI and with my current pacemaker I can't use them. I weigh right after I wake up. I'd like to be at 130 so not to far off.🩷

Diana, I just thought maybe you weighed more at her office. Didn't realize you tell her your weight from home! You'll be back under 130 in no time now that you are feeling better. I know you are happy where you are but 129.9 isn't a bad goal.

Fritzy, she would prefer I weigh on her scale...I see her after a workout and by then I've already eaten. Just another reason to use my own scale!😀🩷

Bear, no insurance doesn't pay it. My nutritionist and I have been meeting only once a month for last few months as I'm at a place where I know what I need to do. It helps financially too!👍🩷
