We are in San Diego now. Went to see Dr Green, the Cardiac Specialist . I definitely need the lead extraction. I'm pacing at 82%, which means my own heart is only beating 8 bpm on its own. The lead is fractured and also probably impeded the 2,nd lead. I will have a heart surgeon in operating room in case anything goes wrong and they have to go into heart to fix. She says risk for that is low but it does happen. I am very impressed with all the professionals at UCSD. I feel comfortable with the Dr and am just waiting for a specialized CT scan and then surgery will be scheduled. Depending; n when they schedule surgery will depend; if we stay in SD or go back home. I'm meantime SD is beautiful.

YOH, When I went to your profile, no envelope next to following or anywhere else. It's frustrating. I'm trying to download FS on my iPad but I can't remember my P/W so I can't do it till I get home. I just got off phone with radiology. Drama!! The CT scan machine went down and won't be up and fixed until Monday. Earliest appt is Tues at 540 pm. Won't that be fun getting there during rush hour...we were supposed to go hiking me on Sat. Guess we are here for a while longer...

So maybe our Father has a better plan for you and thats why you are there for longer!!!!! I bet something beautiful comes your way this weekend!!!! Let me know if it does please. Rush hour sucks everywhere but cannot think of anywhere worse than Southern California to be stuck in traffic. The people are madmen on the freeways out there. We took all the back roads and in town roads just to avoid the freeway. Will be checking on you honey. Drink tons of fluids and dont forget to rinse (gargle) your mouth after advair treatments ok. Xoxo
