My morning workout today. Brought my weights and worked out upper body, 10 reps, 3 sets. Trying to have a routine, even while on vacation. Will also take a hike today.

Zenus, you can get a bunch of these on Pinterest. I used mostly 10 lb weights, I have 5,8, and 10 lb weights I keep in our RV. 👍💪

Nice that you are committed to doing these. I really need to follow through on doing them.They are really so simple and don't take much time but bring great results.

Losingtown, If I don't keep some sort of routine I start getting lazy and then it becomes a huge chore that I won't do regularly. 💜

I HIGHLY recommend the Fitbod app. Easy to use and logs everything.

Redporch, I've been doing pretty good. I added pushups and a 10 minute ab workout to end of the printed one. I also hiked again today. Took a different trail. Not as late ng but more uphill.💪

Pushups hurt my wrists - do you have any issues with that?

Redporch, yes sometimes but I can do them on a bench easier. I used the seat from the picnic table to put my hands on so I could do more pushups.I have very weak wrists so when I do a plank I ball my hands up ( like a fist) as not to put so much pressure on wrists

Ok that makes sense. My wrists are weak too or just don’t like the pressure from a push-up but I seem to be able to handle deadlifts and kettlebells ok.
