Uto ...Going to have to go back to weighing myself. I'm noticibly leaner without trying to be. I have veins buldging all over the place that werent showing like this before. I've been eating like crazy too so its kinda Insane that I'm still losing body fat with this kind of Intake. 🤷‍♂️ going to start back up again tomorrow really trying not to go as low as I got last year 🤪🙃

JustBananas the running is definitely a big calorie burn but I don't do it that often obviously when I have done it I go pretty big but it has to be more than just that. This "maintenance " thing is hard to nail down

Swayneman thanks bro it just makes me a tad nervous this was one of the signs I was clearly ignoring last year when I got way to lean so I need to increase my calories a bit and try and find the Right amount to still build muscle but not drop any more body fat.

Right? It's crazy how many calories you need once muscle starts growing. And arm veins, especially forearms, are there for most bodybuilder & powerlifters even when they have 20% BF. You are still pretty light so I wouldn't worry about the scale too much. You are killing it and enjoying it. So just keep up the good work. You have gotten healthy, stronger and are building muscle. Your kids are young and won't even remember the old you. They will remember this kick ass version of their dad!

I was my leanest, about 8 percent, while eating 4000 calories a day. I don’t understand it either but sometimes the body does what it wants.

All that exercise you are getting is improving your metabolism! You look great! Nice you can eat like crazy and still lose fat.

TheUnhealthyDaddy Thanks I'm just trying not to get any lighter now I checked the scale this morning and I'm only .2 down from my last weigh in so I'm pretty close to where I need to be calorie wise I must be recomping because I'm def getting leaner and my lifts are still going up. just a little more tweaking and I should be able to stop going lower on th BF as well. and your totally right my kids won't remember me the way I use to be at all and that's awesome to known.

Joel_Zane_Spicer wow the only time I'm up around 4k are days when I run. 10 to 13 miles but your right the body is funny with how it wants to use energy sources
