pull day today and a giant leap in progress. my previous best conventional deadlift set was 275 × 7 but I couldnt even get 280 for 1 that day lol today I did 165×10 , 255 ×10, 275× 13 , 295× 5 , and 300×2!! pretty happy to break 300 I have only been doing the conventionals for less than 2 months.then followed it up with a set of 8 pull ups with 35lbs on a belt. Let the bulk continue... what was your Workout of the day?

wifey9707 haha it's the chicken and rice for sure haha. I actually took an additional y planned rest day yesterday because I knew I wasn't going to be able to give it 100 percent I was so worn out. otc is doing drastically better today she got it bad for 3 days though.

Supergainz1thanks! the black ones are only 15s but there's another 2 10s and a 2.5 on each side that you can't see. maybe go for 315 next week 😃

Rest day today, unless you count deadlifting hay bales, but there were only 4 and they were awfully light….

Nice job on the new records! I had a bit of a lax workout day with a treadmill walk and 20 minutes of strength training but I got my sweat on 😅 so it must have been something!

RN16 nice I've decided I'm going to dial back my "rest"days a bit by lowering my step count those days to allow more actual rest and see the difference vs what ive been doing now.
