Nice job! December was a loss for me. Didn't do much and gained 11lbs. I'm hoping to get back at it again soon.

Redporchlady thanks step wise it will be almost identical I have done a bunch of "testing" to find the point of diminishing returns for my walking if I go above 12k steps a day I see a significant loss of energy and intensity for my evening weight lifting sessions. 10-12k on lifting days is the perfect amount and 15k on "rest" days is what I am currently doing. The other thing is this doesn't account for any of my mountain biking either just the walking.
