Nice! I had some increase in strength this week. Back, legs and chest all went up in weight. I didn't push myself but got 225lbs bench up fairly easy. On the road back to 315. I would like to get my squat up to at least that as well.

Sounds good! Progress feels great. I want to hit 315s on benching too, but I’m taking it easy cuz of elbow pains... or more like forced to take it easy 😂 I think my squats are gonna hit it before my bench now tho

Oh, most people hit it on squats before bench. I just have small/weak legs. I'm looking forward to growing those little guys for the first time. My body is already fighting me to go below 168lbs. I might be able to squeeze out 2 more before December. Then I will be growing with you, buddy.

Lol yea I know, I use to joke with my friend like hey I bench your squats hen go around to say I also bench my squat 😂 can’t do that no more. Definitely man, if you’re not happy with your size bulk is the quickest way to fix that. Also takes away the redundancy. What weight are you trying to get at?

IDK, we shall see how the bulk goes. I'm planning just a 5 month bulk then trim the fat for summer. I wanted to start bulking last month but still had too much fat. I'm old so we will see how much muscle I can put on.
