Joe smoked some ribs on his Scout Traeger. Its perfect size to bring camping. I made potato salad for him and I had broccoli. So delicious! Been doing good with veggie prepping and meal planning. Still exercising too! Allowing treats once in awhile. :)

Little mermee, I was pleased yesterday. I hit 112 grams protein! That's really good for me! I feel good, have definitely lost some definition but it's to be expected. It can be hard to work out upper body while camping. Legs are good from hiking and walking so much! 👍💜💪
