thanks jenny! and tina-tito, i am no fan of kale, but underneath there was tahini and it mixed really well where the overall salad was so delicious. doesn't have me going all in on kale, but certainly wouldn't pass it up again.

Love me some Kale. More than most probably. If prepared correctly!

You hit the nail on the head 60pack - if prepared properly - this was, shredded so easier to bite/chew as well as the dressing and tahini softened the bitterness.
