Back at the gym after vacation. Same pose,different day..lol

@Mainecoon, thanks! I did workout 3-4 days a week at resort fitness center. Its just not the same as taking a body pump class.. The heaviest weights they had were 15lb free weights and then someone stole one of them! 🤪

@acomadr, I Thank u! Haven't heard much from you lately. Hope you are doing well! I work super hard on my upper body. I have naturally strong legs so the majority of my workouts are arms, shoulders, back, n chest. Hebrew, I'm just trying to keep up with all you guys! You all inspire me! Your arms look fantastic! 👍💜💪 Morgan, thanks. Im back in my gym now so I'm gonna try to start working more on my back muscles. They are my weakest muscle group..

I remember I used to instruct step-aerobics & aqua-aerobics while working out for 3 hours 4-5 times per week. I had alot of energy back then. I used to eat 2500 calories per day & I only weighed 150. :)

Wifey, thank u! 💜😘 Slow Meta, at 63 I'm in pretty good shape. I have some autoimmune conditions and find if I don't keep my body moving, I get really stiff and sore. I like weightlifting the best but recently I've been trying step classes and considering how much I hate cardio, it's going well. 💜
