If anyone us looking for a good chicken recipe, here it is! Pretzel, mustard chicken! I did this in oven, using broiler at end for extra crunch but you could also use air fryer. If anyone is interested Ill post recipe.

@Tom, no never posted it but it's very easy.
Boneless chicken breast pounded thin, make a wash with 2 egg whites, a splash of water, and 1tablspn mustard. In another bowl crush up 1c pretzels till fine, add 1/4-1/2 c panko crumbs, 1t parsley, 1/2 t paprika, 1t garlic powder, and 1 t onion powder, Salt and pepper chicken breast. Place chicken in egg wash mixture, and then in pretzel mixture. Place on a sheet pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 20 min, then turn and cook 15 min on other side. Times will vary, depending on how thin you pound meat.
