Tomorrow - back to losing fat, cutting carbs. Bought some delicious bread and have been overcarbing myself and holding steady is not getting me to my goal so here we go again!
Not sure if I will lose as fast as I did at the beginning of the year, but will try.
I think the plan is 75 grams protein, less than 40 carbs a day, and less than 30 grams of fat? Then some other things, some free days, lets see where I get in 6 weeks again!
Hope you all have a good week - I took some online dance classes and got really sad that there is no dancing any more. Teacher thought it would be until we get a vaccine before we will dance in this age of coronavirus pandemic. It made me cry. I can't get my head around that though.

They have zoom dance parties out there. Maybe you could join one. I know it's not the same but they are fun and sociable.

I will sometimes dance around the house to music. My pets think I'm crazy. One of my cats always lays in front of me on the floor when I do this, on his back, watching me. I tell him he should be afraid I might step on him. Other than that, I really get no exercise unless you count all the roaming around the house I do on nights I can't sleep. I've been craving hot bread or rolls with butter! Good luck - and congratulations on trying to stick to a diet plan. I've pretty much given up for now.

Is 730 kcal enough food for you? My dr told me not to get under 1200 average because I wouldn’t be getting enough nutrition for my organs to work properly. I do know that our calorie needs lower as we age so maybe 1000 for you? What have you been maintaining at? Just want you to stay healthy! 😉

@peeperjj The plan averages out to 1000 calories a day, and I basically can't get the whole plan under 1100 average so no worries! My base metabolic rate is about 1100 calories a day, so generally I only lose by the amount of calories I burn. I take supplements when I did it at the beginning of the year.

That’s good! I burn 1350 not including my activity. When our metabolism is lower like that it’s hard to lose weight. Wish I had hubbys 3000+!

I am glad to see your response to peeperjj ; those numbers do yield low calories. Do you keep track of fiber too? Retirement has really screwed with my diligence and following through with plans. Good luck!🍀👍

@TomLong I track the fiber but don't really pay attention to it other than it is net carbs that probably really matter.
