I ate too much today, I just know it. Weight will be up tomorrow for weigh in, that is clear! Don't even want to log it, as my day started with chocolate candy.
Went for a walk once I got my coworker settled about splitting the work shifts - I got sent home to work from home, he is stuck out in the field but that doesn't seem fair to me so I will be going out to the jobsite a few days a week so he can go home those days. Luckily I will be forced to sit next to the beach all day while I am there! Jobsite is in a beach town.
Went and bought food this afternoon, you woulda thought I was feeding the neighborhood. The total took me by surprise! Filled both freezers and the fridge is full although not overstuffed. Probably have enough food for a month, at least. oo much food - I was hungry though so that's why.
Meeting up with one or two people at a time this week, one neighbor at a time! We have been outside walking.
alright, gonna log my food and assess the damage!
