Fasted 22 hours. Intended on longer, but i am a little on edge and wanted to eat. I try not to get too bent out of shape if i end a fast early. i don't want to get in a rigid mindset about it. At least i am back on track this week. I had a salad, a tuna san and veggies with hummus.
