만두와 오이 조합은 참 괜찮은 거 같습니다. 그리고 제가 속배추를 좋아한다는 걸 새삼 알게 됐습니다. Dumplings + cucumbers combination tastes good to me. I realize I like crispy inner leaves of Chinese cabbages.

Yes, it is from the dumplings. Vegetables and almond milk have very low calories. Dumplings have a good balance among protein, carb, and fat. But, it is high calories containing some sodium and saturated fat, so the portion should be controlled. And, I think I controlled :)
