Thank u everyone for all the sweet comments and putting up with my pity party..I was/ am frustrated when I get where I just can't stop eating! I just lost 4lbs and boom..I go beserk and binge but I know I will get back to good eating habits. 💜💜💜

Yes- I do that 2-3 times a month. I get nervous that I won't be able to get back on it the next day- but then I do and it's worth it for me. Those days where if I'm not sleeping, then I'm eating... been there just a couple weeks ago.

That's when I make cabbage soup, about 50 calories per cup, I can eat 'til I drop and not exceed my RDI. Good luck on your journey.

Cabbage soup- reminds me of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. :) I watch that way too often. Shirfleur- what's in it besides cabbage? You don't have to respond. I'm sure I can find a little recipe. I like to eat low calorie stuff to feel really full sometimes and satisfy my gluttony. I cannot lie! 😳

Maybe treat yourself to a little meditation? I like the Headspace app...super easy and free to get the hang of it. It's low pressure, five minute experiences to start. I find the guide's voice reassuring and kind. Just a chance to take on some oxygen and just be with myself whatever my mood and not judge it. I'm always surprised how things I'm fighting can sometimes settle down from taking a little time to not fight them. Happy belated birthday!
