I had my first rest day in a loooong time. I also slept what felt like the entire day(ask DP). I was also really hungry. I had my first order of fries in a while and they were delicious. A hefty surplus day so the scale should reflect that tomorrow. It's been a while since my last large gain so it will be fine. The extra energy intake and rest should make for a great workout tomorrow!

I got one on Friday bunless..... big big big mistake. I was disgusted I didn’t eat even 1/2 of it. The DQP is bun worthy. That’s one I won’t ever do bunless again.

Mcd's has the best fries. I have now sworn it off for a second time (for reasons other than woe) but they are the best bar none, imo.
