Allow me to politely dispel a notion here: some of us have genetically inherited metabolic disorders like hypoglycemia (me). Keto has saved my life. It broke a vicious and deadly cycle. For me, carbs are deadly and do matter. Calories do too. But throwing shade on keto lifestyle folks with a broad brush stroke isn’t cool with me. Let’s support each other no matter our lot in life. I celebrate everyone’s success here and support those struggling. I think that’s what FS Nation is supposed to be about. ❤️

I don't care what anyone eats Jheeden- and I am sorry if I have given you the impression that I do. I do, however, care about someone doing a journal entry about my husband with the assumption that he won't defend himself and I won't tell her to fuck off. Is that what you are referring to? Even so- None of that has to do with me caring if you do keto... or anyone else. I thought I said that time and again but IDK.
