I am doing this week without cake😐, because I ate two cakes the last two weeks. 🐷😋

I still have 1/4 in the fridge. I need to give it away or something. The pie was the best. I still ate too much yesterday but with better choices. Slowly putting the brakes down on the wild celebrations the last 2 weeks and reversing the direction of weight. :)

I know! But you still can lose weight and eat the cake, if you replace it for a meal, as long as you do not go over your calories.

I agree with you. My prob is that food like that stimulate my inner-Krang appetite. That’s why I don’t indulge unless there’s a reason (holidays, parties, celebrations, Mondays... j/k about Mondays) I’m back again until the next event on 3/23-3/29.
