63 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)

Yikes! 4 pounds is a lot to gain in one day. I decided to do an unplanned one day ‘fast’ of only drinking protein shakes today. I will do a 5 mile run, and workout with my dumbbells at home (the gym is too crazy to deal with when they have limited holiday hours).

Yesterday @PrincessValerie and I sat on the couch binge watching TV and eating carbs. It was a lot of fun, but, we also have black eyed peas (and cornbread, and cake, ect.) at the parents planned for New Year’s day. So, I need to save my remaining calories for then.

Like your plan, It is water you are holding on to again after the carbs. Those ups are natural ones. Hope you have a great protein day

It is all over after tomorrow and you gained nowhere near 180 like you were afraid of - take the win and enjoy your last 2 days of freedom!! The no excuses new year is looming :) So, how many push ups are you going to get to?!?!

@nikeit - It's 'all over' the 'day' after tomorrow :) - - On Friday there is one more week of pushups, so 7 more days, plus 4 days to get to Friday, so 11 more pushups, so 72! Ouch! :)

@liv001 - I agree. But, if I do high carbs for multiple days, in the past, it has taken weeks to lose. 10k+ in calories does bring 'actual fat' along with all that water :) - - So, I just need to 'pump the brakes' a bit. Mostly I 'psychologically' don't want to see the scale cross a level I have never risen above this year (180 pounds).
