Keith, this is the best I could do at PF. Tomorrow I'll workout in a dungeon that has better lighting. I swear you can see lines down the entire delt in good lighting. Still working on the cuts.

That's in the middle of a weight sesh though. That don't count hahaha. I assume your not holding a 40 kg dumbbell out of frame lol

Is PF planet fitness? I hear really good things about planet fitness

Those are definitely the shower curtains from Planet Fitness. It's a fine gym. Lacks free barbells but it's one of two gyms I go to so it does the trick. It has dumbbells and they work fine plus I am fine with machines.

Grew on weights. The first gym was a dungeon with zero machines.

Yeah, free weights to get a solid base and machines would be a secondary.

Thanks! So Chris, I got my calipers and maybe I suck and since my neck is stiff I couldn't look down properly but it looks like according to them I am over 20 percent easy. I thought they would have instructions to calipers different parts of the body but they only show the stomach so that is what I did. Guess I'm still tubby. 😁

The calipers are no good. 2 highly trained medical professionals will give you 2 very different results using the same calipers. Get a scan mate 👌 I would put you closer to 13-15% visually mate

I train at PF too for the same reasons that Chris mentioned. They don't have much in barbell choices but they do have Smith machines for bar work. They do have a good a selection of dumbbells, resistance, cable and cardio machines. I don't expect my older body to respond like you younger guys but my visits are well worth the effort. You guys inspire me. I'm glad you guys visit here and share your experiences...
