Ty nikeit and adef! It was awesome, but preceded an overdrinking and then overeating Saturday. I self-medicated my torn tush with everything available. I did ice the heck out of it and by yesterday the pain had calmed down significantly. But not in time for Sunday weigh in. Wah-wah!
