Well, I didn't lose any weight while in Florida. I pretty much kept even. Considering I binged on the way down, the way back, and one day in between and ate out several times I suppose that is a win.
I was proud of myself for exercising 6 days at planet fitness. My trainer actually texted my workout to me while I was doing it! :)
I am back on my regular routine now. The next challenge is this weekend for Easter. I think the hardest part of losing weight is dealing with all of the activities that we do.
