Oh I do so well on a cut🤗 say a prayer I don’t over do this weekend. I’ve already had wine and only like 50g of proteins. But I did have some Chardonnay lol! Happy weekend to u boss ;-) oh ps I’ve been on the hunt for hotels at the park!! That lake Louise is out of sight.

Just keep your daily calorie total in mind Misty and adjust accordingly...you'll be fine. We stay at the Fairmont LL...world class location and facility plus has a great local rate if you know the right "secret handshake". PS...one of the better restaurants and best wine lists in Canada is a few minutes away (Post Hotel).

I agree with Steven.. .just chart your intake no matter what.
We must be able to celebrate life and enjoy it with our friends and family.
Moderation keeps me on track its when I begin to lets go crazy feeding frenzy attitude that gets me everytime lol;)
