Thanks iulani, ofdwolf & T8U9. Blueberry pie is pure poison but it tastes so good! Saw it again today when I grabbed my eggs and chili w/no beans to take to the office today. #WINNING

my nutritionists explained to me that its ok to have a cheat meal once per week...one meal... then get back on board at the next meal...i to know its hard to keep the carbs under control...cheating one meal is a way to reset your body...all things you know...just a matter of getting back into the healthy routine of things...
