It is not funny how insidious my mind is especially around food. I lost this week after gaining for the last 6.5 months....and immediately ....the "head" says ...."not enough" Well, I just thought I would write this...get it out....and keep going! Happy Father's day !
108,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,7 kg.    Sisa: 42,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

976 kkal Lemak: 72,81g | Prot: 59,29g | Karb: 19,37g.   Makan Pagi: Deli Sliced Ham, Calavo Avocado, Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Egg, Cheese, Coffee. Makan Siang: No Name Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Dairy Fresh Whipped Cream, Watermelon, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled), Water, Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Water. Camilan/Lainnya: Chewing Gum (Sugarless). lagi...
2642 kkal Latihan: Istirahat - 15 jam dan 45 menit, Tidur - 8 jam, Meditation - 15 menit. lagi...
