No idea what happened here. I didn't weigh in last week because the scale didn't budge.
I'm on track for my 100 mile goal for February. Last week I ran around 28 miles, and I reached 9 miles this Saturday!
I need to do a better job at not eating so much junk food, because I think I'd be more on track.
