Thanks all so much for your support. I am very thankful this year for my blessings and life lessons. It has been an amazing year full of its ups and down. The best thing I've done most of the year is chill on beating myself up when I screw up. It is a slippery and dangerous slope which can lead to depression and eating to make me feel better. No more. No More. As I write this response glancing up to to the right hand side of my screen, I see the last 12 weight log entries under My Weight History of which I only log weight 1 x a week. Doesn't look like much. But when I click view complete history to see my progress since the beginning of the year, I know for sure, I AM A WINNER!!!!!
