body awake..mind not so much goood mornin fs...i knew it was gonna be a cool ride...67 outside but on a bike its 10 degrees cooler an then some...anyways i had layed out a long sleeve shirt...was also gonna lay frozen chicken out to thaw in bag while i went riding...anyways back to i was getting my riding bibs on..got all dressed...got bike to back door an outside...got 1 block down the road an thought...hmmmmm..kinda cool out here this morning...duh...no long sleeve shirt still layin on bed to be put on...so get 2-3 blocks further down road an im thinkin ...chicken still in freezer...crap...body was ready to ride..mind on the other hand was still sleepin...got 15.35 miles in this morning..felt good to get back in house where its alittle warmer...lol..

seemed like a faster ride..but slower speeds...o well..the workout is over an hopefully tomow mind will have it together better...have a great one everyone...geez...so many typos to have to hit backspace for...
