Yes, six weeks ago I set my self what seemed like an ambitious goal to lose 15 lbs by my birthday, 8/22. Well, I've got one pd to go ~ I'm well ahead of schedule. I guess I have IF on top of LCHF to thank for that. It's satisfying to see the weight coming off so fast. Thank you my friends here on 'FS for your support. I was floundering before I joined in April.
