Still steady, I think, despite the look of 1 pound lost. Not getting good sleep lately and not organized with food quite yet. Hope you all are hanging in there!

Yup ... hanging tough!!! Sorry about the sleep ... and hope you find a way to "organize" yourself soon so you can be "light" on your feet for all that dancing!!!

Good sleep can never be underestimated- it is so important for me to do anything. I can't be organized and thinking about food if I haven't slept well!
