Yesterday was right on the nose at 1,800 calories. My daily average so far for this week is less than 1,750, which is the lowest it’s been for the past 14 weeks! Praying I can stay the course through tomorrow. I’ve been pretty tempted to eat more yesterday and today, and I’m resisting the temptation (so far) to make another yummy Cherry Cobbler. Fiber yesterday was 37g, Protein 104.5, four 16-oz waters, 6 miles of walking, and did all my PT exercises. Thankfully, my knee pain was only a #3 early in the day, but (I think because of one of the stretches I did), it was up to a #6 last night. It’s #4 this morning. I haven’t been using the silicone scar tape, because I’ve been applying Voltaren 2.32% gel twice a day. That may be why the pain is down.
