Gained 2 pounds this week. Didn’t start behaving until Thursday, when I kept my calories under 1,800/day for the rest of the week. Still, by daily average for the entire week was 1,943/day, which, sadly, is the lowest for the past 8 weeks. Today was 187.2. BUT, just two weeks ago (after a particularly good bowel day), I was down to 182.2 - less than 2-1/2 pounds from being in the 170’s. I’m going back THERE! I have a 6-month doctor visit two weeks from 2m0, and I’d LOVE to be in the 170’s. Afraid I may have waited a bit too long to make that happen, though - but I’m going to try. Six months ago (on the date of my last appointment), my weight was 201.8. Even getting down to 181.8 would be a nice 29-pound loss! Downward Ho!!!

11:00am - I’ve walked 4 miles, drunk 4 bottles of water, made a Sausage & Noodle creation (because I was missing a couple ingredients for Chinese Casserole), and am on target to get in 27g of Fiber, 113g of Protein and stay under 1,800 today. So far, so good! Thank you, Morticia! You’re always so encouraging.

2pm - finished 6 miles. Decided to forego a protein shake, so Protein will only be 83g, but calories will be below 1,600. Burned almost 700 calories with my walking. If I’m able to keep this up (and don’t have bowel issues), I’m sure to lose some weight this week! 170’s here I come!
