Headed back to see our mothers for a couple a weeks so I‘ll not be weighing using biometric scale but will be logging meals. Probably won‘t be on here much. Despite only missing 8 daily weigh-ins in 4 years, I will now miss close to 20 in a row. However, I weigh for the data not as an obsession so it‘s totally cool. I don‘t plan meals for cals but eat intuitively until not hungry. The logging of meals is also for data. See you again later in the month.
