Happy 😃 😃 Thursday

50again this morning…as I sip my ☕️..alittle nippy with window open….lol…but in 80s later….catch some sun before it gets to warm…

Catch cefs bus to hospital..to visit sister days of leaving hospital getting shorter…

My set intentions today same as always push the workout…push the steps…10,000 again yesterday…getting easier to get them…like anything…more you do it…easier it becomes a habit…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Just came back from seeing my sister therapy was giving her the once over and said she would walk 500 500 foot this morning and I’ll be back later to walk some more. She looks good she sounds sounds great she’s doing great.
