I must admit, the scales actually went to 170lbs intra week but I think I was massively dehydrated and lets just say there wasn't alot in my tummy...

On the whole have been really good, minimal snacking between meals (those darn nuts) and when I have gone outside of what I should be doing (like pizza on saturday nite) I made sure to make the rest of the day humm.

Am thinking again of making my target 165 which will be a weight I haven't touched in probably 10 years.

It's good that you recognize you didn't eat well (pizza) but that you put it behind you quick fast and move on. That's as much progress as the actual weight coming off.
