Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

I rested yesterday….recliner got my full attention….after breakfast..went into a full day fast…actually still in that fast…probably just gonna do a 48 hour fast…start eating at breakfast tomorrow…

Hopefully pry myself out of recliner today..get some kind of movement…sipping my ☕️…waking my brain up…lol…set my intentions…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Well…I pulled a smooth one..last night as I was sitting in recliner..I thought to myself…I bet I can get on floor and do some floor moves…only time my body sees the floor is if I fall…which I try not to do..only fell once since I been here…and that was me taking off my shoes not holding on for support….so…as I set in recliner this morning..I thought it’s time to see if I can get on floor….as always..getting down..the easy part…I thought it thru before gettting down..had the kettle bell on floor…along with bed pillows to put under knees when I decide to figure out how to get up….after I got down..did a few moves…decided to roll over and push myself up on my knees…easier said then done…my knees hace gotten stronger…they can take being on them…but wasn’t able to push myself on to them…I’m thinking…why do you have to try stuff Mike…so..I’m also thinking I’m gonna have to call cna and ask them for help….as I set there..thinking of solutions..I drug my pillows over to recliner..I thought if I can get knees on pillows..grab arm rest..I can pull myself up by bending knee…and pulling self up enough to sit in recliner….success….I’m thinking more floor workouts now…I know I can do it….

LOL, there's that woosh Mike and congrats on the floor moves, that's exactly how I get up off the floor, with the assistance of a heavy metal folding chair! Good Job!

Fast on friend! Good job getting yourself back up. My 79 yo husband tripped on a root and couldn't get up. I drove the riding mower near him and helped him pull himself up on it. Aging is not for sissies! It got him to get to the gym.
