So I managed to go for a 5.4K jog/walk yesterday a bit slow 38min and normally I can do 5k in 30min so I have some work to do to get back to that. My resting heart rate has gone up a little from 50 to 56 beats a minute so once I get through this bloody pain I’ll be right. I’m trying to eat well but can’t help wanting more
