NSV in here- my weight had gone up to 195 when i didnt drink enough water, but its back down to 193.8.. I have never been so productive before taking Vyvanse, a medication for binge eating disorder and ADHD. i am systematically decluttering every nook and cranny. This is shit i have wanted to do since way before my back injury in 2021... id want to do it, plan, but couldnt physically bring myself to empty that cabinet in my desk, or reorganize in the kitchen....etc. Filling up garbage bags daily- getting rid of junk we dont need anymore + i have a donation bag filling up. Its nice to have the motivation to do things. When mental helath is getting in the way of daily life, it's ok to get the care you need to be able to do it. My dad claimed my ADHD was a super power, (he never told me i had it for 20yrs!!)- i can research something for 6 hrs and know all about it, but couldnt clean out a closet that had 3 yr old dust bunnies collecting.... i think im scaring my husband with how positivitely motivated i am to accomplish shit : First time ever, i was able to cook dinner without getting overwhelmed, and not reheating leftovers.... actually cooking something complicated from scratch... He stood there, staring at me, kept asking "you don't want me to take over....?" For the past 5 years, usually dinner is his gig, im too taxed to think clearly, easily overwhelmed. thanks for reading my long post.. enjoy your day/night!!
