Great job! Have you ever considered raising your protein intake? Aiming for closer to .8-1g per body weight (health coach here which is why I ask ;)

@Iboogieb : I would only consider it if I were serious about building muscle/strength. Otherwise about 100g/day seems fine. I really don‘t have a hard target on any macros but I track to know. CICO rules in this house.

I surely hope maintenance will be that simple for me when I eventually get there. This is my first experience with tracking all my food. I took your advice and installed the free version of Happy Scale on my phone but I haven't started weighing every day, yet. Interesting data. Congrats on 3 years! 🍾🎉🎊

In many cases Janie, people fail b/c they don‘t follow the process that got them to the goal. The race is never over so the approach must be sustainable. Anyway, thanks for dropping by 😊
