Well I’m still sitting in the 75kg range so I’m ok with this I’m not trying to lose anymore weight I’m trying to gain some mass really. I’ll give the weights ago until after September and see what happens as I don’t really like doing weights at all but they are good for aging body. Given I’ve cut back from 4-5 cans of coke a day to 1 for me is an achievement in its self. I’ve been drinking coke from the age of 14 and it really didnt have much of an effect on my blood test until a few years ago. I’ve been running which has dropped my BP down to a good range for my age and my RHR is around 49-51 so I’m just ticking over. All I can say everyone just keep trying and do some walking or jogging it will help you if you can but more importantly watch what you eat.
