I am happy and grateful that this journey is going in the right direction.

My plan was to achieve my second milestone weight of 85kgs by 9th April. Although I didn't reach that goal in time, I wasn't disappointed. Because I have been seeing so many positives on this journey. A lot of my friends and neighbours noticed it and asked my secret in doing this. I took that in itself as a compliment. I just told them it's as simple as getting into my head that overeating was the problem and I consciously avoided doing that. Anybody can do this, there is no secret at all but mindset.
86,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 18,7 kg.    Sisa: 7,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

The learning is the same for me. Portion size is key to my journey.
